Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor from the United States. In 2000, he started his career in acting by appearing in TV series such as Opposite sexual sex. In the following years, he appeared in numerous teen movies, such as 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he gained attention for his portrayal of the Marvel Comics characters such as the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans appeared in further film adaptations of comic books and graphic novels: TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2010) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). Evans' portrayal as Steve Rogers/Captain America appeared in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014, 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) along with Endgame 2019. The latter brought him increased fame. The Marvel films helped him become one of Hollywood's most well-paid actors.
